If you are not happy with your purchase then we would be happy for you to return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and on receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund (including standard postage) within five working days of receipt of your returned item. Please note, we cannot refund or exchange digital purchases.
We reserve the right to levy a shipping charge when you have selected premium delivery options at checkout.

Any returned items must reach us in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present.
As stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs or CDs if you have opened the seal.
In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days. We will also refund your return postage. Please return your items to the address below. If you wish, we will provide you with a pre-paid envelope to return your item – please contact us to arrange this.
