Shipping Update:  Jazza Pro Artist Series – Illustrator Collection 

It’s nearly here! The Jazza Pro Artist Series – Illustrator Collection is currently expected to ship out to customers in mid-August. If you pre-ordered, you will be notified via email as soon as your order is on its way.

We know there has been a wait and thank you for your patience. We are currently managing the extended shipping and supply-chain issues affecting all global businesses currently and working as hard as we can to send your order as fast as possible. We will keep you fully updated on any changes.

We’re installing a new packing system to ship orders from our Global Distribution Hub faster and more efficiently.

This means the UK warehouse will temporarily close from Monday, 5th - Sunday, 11th June 2023. Orders placed on or after Thursday, 1st June will be dispatched from Monday, 12th June.

Gold and Platinum Club Inspire members enjoy *FREE delivery on orders over £20 (dispatched within 2 to 4 days – may be longer during busy periods) on all orders

Bronze and Silver Club Inspire members enjoy *FREE standard delivery on all orders over £30.

We use Yodel for our deliveries and all orders are tracked. Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 3 – 5 business days. During busier periods this may be slightly longer. Our Express delivery orders are packed within 1-2 business days.

Next day delivery is not available to PO Boxes. If you live in a remote area or an island area of the UK, different charges may apply. Order from Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) before midday and your goods will in most instances arrive the next working day (Monday-Friday, exclud*ing bank holidays). Please note – orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday and Saturday may experience a 1 to 2 day delay.
