Spectrum Noir’s Premium Marker Pad is a high-white, ultra-smooth artist's pad, perfect for use with alcohol markers.

Colours will appear clean and punchy with optimum translucency for blending.

With a premium surface that effortlessly supports a range of soft, subtle tints through to intense, saturated hues.
