When did you first start drawing/experimenting with inks/ crafting? I started coloring and working with Mixed Media five years ago. Before that I already did some art with acrylics and watercolor

What made you start? I always liked art in school and enjoyed being creative.

Are you a full-time artist or is this a hobby that you love to do? Since I have a part-time job and a little family it‘s rather a hobby.

What inspires your art? All kind of stuff. This can be photos and the nature around me. My children are also a great inspiration.

What’s your top tip for marker art/lettering/alcohol inks? Paper can make a huge difference. If you want to get the best results you should always use paper that is intended for this kind of medium. Alcohol markers and inks tend to bleed though, so you should be aware of this fact when you want to color with them.

What is your favourite Spectrum Noir product? AquaBlend Pencils. They are really versatile. You can use them dry like normal colored pencils and wet to get beautiful watercolor effects.

Which Spectember theme/prompt have you chosen and why? I have chosen "3 colors only" (2nd Sept.) because I generally like the challenge to limit the items that can be used. It gives a nice opportunity to try out new things and learn from it. Also I chose "Autumn Vibes" (16th Sept) simply because Autumn is my favorite season. I get a lot of inspiration from falling leaves and the colorful trees. And I decided to "Create a background" (27th Sept.) because I like to do Mixed Media Art.

When did you start working on the Spectrum Noir design team? I‘m fairly new to the team and started in April 2019
