Wondering how to use the fantastic new Edge'ables dies? Angela put together a great tutorial for you!Crafter's Companion UK supplies:
Directions:
Step 1: For the card base measure and cut out a card 11” x 5 4/8”. Score at 2 6/8” and 5 4/8”.
Step 2: Fold the card so it looks like the letter Z.
Step 3: Unfold your card and lay flat with the Pearl side of the card facing up towards you, with the 5 4/8” section of the card to the left. Select one of your Edge’ables Die and place it along the right hand edge.
Step 4: Secure with a small piece of tape and feed through your Cut N Boss. Remove the die and cut out the waste using a pair of scissors lining up with the end of the die cut .
Step 4a: This is how it will look.
Step 5: Matt and layer your chosen paper and attach it to the inside of the large panel.
Step 6: Your card will now look like this.
Step 7: To decorate your card select your Quilling Die’s. I have used the following:Stamen Quilling Die – used oneItsy Bitsy Bloom Quilling Die – used twoSunflower small Quilling Die – used twoAngela added: "Here I used a fantastic tip from Fiona which I found on YouTube and that is to attach a strip of red tape to your quilling cut outs and then roll then up. It’s a lot quicker than using wet glue! Finish by attach a gem or pearl to the centre of the flower and glue to your card."We would love to see what you make!
